My son went through the wash and while his car was already on the conveyor in neutral, an attendant came to his window and spoke to him very rudely, telling him to get off his phone and that he almost hit the car in front of him. The issue is that in an automatic conveyor wash the system moves the car forward, not the driver. He was already in neutral and not touching the pedals. Instead of explaining the situation calmly, he was immediately blamed and spoken to in a harsh tone in front of other customers. He left feeling embarrassed and upset. I understand that attendants have to manage safety, but there is a respectful way to speak to customers--especially paying members. A calm explanation would have gone a long way. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving how staff communicate with customers.

When I came back to pick up my car I was in shock at the cleanliness. I had no idea they would clean both of my car seats. They went above and beyond. They shampooed them and they look brand new even though they are both over 3 years old. My car was cleaned very professionally. Very kind workers and great customer service. I am very pleased and will be coming back again.

The interior of our 2010 Hyundai Accent had lots of dirt and salt stains and upholstery stains that we thought would never come out, but these guys were up to the task! We did try to clean the interior of the car ourselves, but we didn't have the right stuff and decided to leave it to the pros. We have run through the drive though car washes as well, but the exterior is now so spotless it shines! My only complaint would be that for $150 plus a $6 shop fee it was a bit on the expensive side.

Brantford Honda recently scammed me really good,and after being a very good customer for over 20 yrs with them goes to show the new GM has ruined their reputation of being honest. 1) Take someone in with you that understand contracts and sales and record your conversations for proof if needed. 2)Read every little detail on your contract, on every little piece of paper they jot information down on. 3) NEVER believe what they are telling you. ALWAYS assume they are being dishonest, that way you won't be surprised at the end of your deal. Plus if they were being honest and everything works out, it's a WIN for you! 4) When something sounds fishy, trust your gut and not their words! 5) When you are financing a vehicle make sure you check every word carefully. Make sure they are not adding little words in here and there, make sure there is no buy out fee even if they say " it just has to look like a lease on paper and there won't be a buyout" DONT BELIEVE THEM! 6) Brantford Honda and BIG dealerships such as them DONT LEASE USED VEHICLES, they also DONT LEASE NON HONDA vehicles. So even in the end when they tell you "it was not financed it was a lease, and we will not honour any agreement made by the previous GM or the salesman" it's time to get a lawyer because leases do not exist for those vehicles and they are stealing your money or taking your vehicle back so they can resell it to the next sap that trusts them. 7) If the new GM gets rid of the lending company you have been dealing with for the whole term of your financing and changes it to a company that she owns herself, know that something is fishy there. 8 ) if you are "leasing" a vehicle and want to have another dealership buy it out so you can get away from the lying dealership you have been dealing with BRANTFORD HONDA will not allow them to buy it out. The new GM has decided she won't allow that! (Of course so she can screw the consumer out of an extra 10,000 that they don't owe) If this information can help even one person from not getting scammed like Brantford Honda just did to me, losing $35,000 won't be worth it but will still make me feel a little bit better for being such a fool and getting taken the way I did. So thanks Laura Purkiss, James Wright and Brantford Honda for being the devious, lying POS's that I unfortunately had the chance to deal with! I hope your scamming BUTTS get closed down for ripping off so many consumers.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE setup an appt to view a used vehicle as…read moreI had a 4 hour comutte to the dealership ! 3 hours into my journey I received a call from Hayden stating the vehicle was sent out for repair.. disappointed I then drove 3 hours back home . I reached out the next morning asking when it would return to reschedule a test drive ! so we setup a second appt. I then drove 4 hour and was on time for my appt to find another couple in the vehicle.. confused I spoke to one of the mangers who quickly said sorry we don't "hold cars" you simply have to wait your turn ..fine.. so I did .. the couple then handed back the keys and continued test driving other vehicles.. I was then given the keys and told by hunter it's was now available.. i handed over my info and off I went for a test drive !.. upon return I was told sorry the vehicle is sold while I was gone . Pardon ? I said a new sales lead in now in progress (with me) "my turn" hunter said sorry there's nothing we can do. I explained my frustration to both Chris and Laura who backed up there (in not so many words policy). The first one to put money in our hand policy is how or works ? how do u sell something no longer in your possession as I'm the new buyer ? absolutely disgusting customer service

I had a small problem with my car on a Friday that required immediate attention as I was going out…read moreof town the next day. Fix Auto looked at my car the same day and provided a temporary fix so I could drive on the highway the next day. They also sourced out a part and said they would call me with a date for a full repair/replacement. To my total surprise Steve, the Assistant Manager, called me on Monday to say that they had received my part and could schedule me in for a repair date. I found that everyone there knew what good Customer Service was all about and provided that to me in spades! David, the General Manager, was very personable and took the time to offer explanations and make me feel at ease. Glenmore, the Repair Technician, did an excellent job of both the temporary and permanent repairs for which I am truly grateful! And, to add the icing on top, they washed my car before handing it back to me---what a lovely and considerate touch!! I would highly recommend fix Auto to anyone in need of repairs as they provide quality service with the exceptional customer service we so rarely get but richly deserve!!!
