The staff was friendly and helpful and got us up and going in about 10 minutes after arriving. They have a huge range of options for all types of cyclists of all ages and abilities. They also discount for families of 4 or more. They supply helmets and locks included in the price and are more than happy to point you where you are planning to go. The bike path part was a pleasant afternoon trek, but the bridge and the Island themselves are completely inappropriate for kids. Unbelievably dangerous over that bridge. We took a taxi to come back. Lost a wheel nut on the way back. No apologies from the store, and after lots of arguments, still charged me $11.49 for the nut. No rain check for rain either (rained 2 of 3 days), though the store itself closes! There are lots of better bike rental options in this town. Get one with common sense - and better prices.

There wasn't a huge bike selection so one of us had to go with a bike one size up. Otherwise, the bikes were lightweight and easy to ride. Helmets and bike lock are included with the rental. They do not provide hourly rentals so the minimum is the 24hr rental.
