Was visiting family, needed juice and found this place. Shop was clean, not super busy at the time (late afternoon on a Sat which tends to be slow anyway... we were headed back from the lake) but was greeted politely as soon as I walked in and noticed a good selection of juices. They charge $1 for testing, but that's applied to any purchase, so no issue there. Good testing rigs, sanitary 1-use tips & neither employee was bugged that I'm picky about juices. They were very personable, professional & friendly. They asked what I liked and made some great choices for me to try. Ended up getting their first suggestion & prices were decent. (I wasn't looking for deals or qty, just one 60ml to get me through the rest of vacation, I'm sure they have good deals & their service was great!) The juice I purchased tasted close to the tester but was a bit harsh (granted, I get flavors w/menthol or a "minty finish" added) but as I'm not sure if it's one of their juices (Yellow bottle, green cap called Reaper by Prophet) it could be an issue w/my getting-older vape. Overall great experience and great customer service. If the juice vaped like it tested this would be a 5-star review... Yelp doesn't allow 4.5 but that's what I'd grade them since their service & shop is great! read more

Ok, But a lot of their juices leave a weird taste in my mouth. Tried several of my rigs just to check. I let one juice I got there steep for 3 weeks and it's a lot better. I would like to be notified before hand that steeping may be required........ read more

I dislike leaving a one star review for an honest business; unfortunately the management at Ecig Vapor Juice Store are not what I would consider honest. I went in to purchase coils. I told the employee the manufacturer and model I needed. He confidently sold me a box that ended up not being the coils I asked for. I realized the mistake within minutes and returned to the store. The packaging was intact and had no damage. I asked for the correct coils and they do not carry them as it turns out. I asked for a refund. The employee called several different "managers", according to him, and was told that I could not be given a refund. This mistake was entirely on the employee and business side. I'm amazed that they would not fix their mistake. To the employees credit, he offered me cash out of his own pocket as a refund. I cannot, in good faith, accept that from him. The employees were very polite and informative. They ended up giving me three bottles of juice as payment. Unfortunately, I still need to find another store to purchase coils so I can use the juice! It's too bad they couldn't remedy their self admitted mistake. The shop is clean and looks to be well stocked in general. But I will absolutely not be patronizing their store in the future. read more
