They install kitchen appliances such as Dishwashers, Range hoods, and I believe home theatre systems such as flat screen television installation/mounting. On July 1 2015 a technician named Ricardo came to my home to install a stainless steel dishwasher and range hood for me (I was doing a kitchen remodel and swapping out my old appliances/changing them to stainless steel.) Best Buy advised a third party would have to install those purchases for me, which was fine UNTIL... Ricardo showed up and immediately started flirting with me, telling me that I was beautiful and asking what type of work my "Husband" did (inquiring if I was married essentially.) If the work was done properly it wouldn't have been a big deal however since my garbage disposal hasn't worked since the dishwasher installation it appears he should have spent more time ensuring that he was doing his job properly and less time flirting. Upon arrival at my home he went to the main power box in my garage and turned off the power to many outlets in my kitchen including the garbage disposal and since that time I haven't been able to get it to turn back on! I went out to the main power box in the garage recently and ensured that all of the power to my kitchen outlets had been restored and still... NOTHING the garbage disposal doesn't turn on our make a sound. It worked fine prior to Affordable Home Technologies coming out. I called their customer service/dispatch number and the woman on the phone (sounded very unprofessional) said we can have someone come out and look at it but we didn't do anything to your garbage disposal, Did it work before we arrived???? She was already attempting to deny responsibility for the issue and did not apologize for their error or the inconvenience. Poor customer service exhibited at this level. If they come into your home to install or perform any service, please ensure that the new merchandise works as well as the other things in your home that worked PRIOR to their arrival.
