I love this salon, they always try to please you no matter what style, color, or cut you want. There prices are very reasonable compared yo other salons. Lisa is awesome with coloring hair. I visited the salon for the first time today and was thoroughly impressed. Lisa took her time to talk with me about my vision for my hair and how to achieve it. She opted for a less costly option that would be better than what I had in mind, which made me feel like she cares more about the client looking good and being happy than making a sale. If I could write the salon -0 I would. I have never had the experience that I did there and I will never be back. I am beyond unhappy with the service I was given. I went in on Thursday with my appt with Lisa. She was fully aware I wanted balyage. She said that was fine so Thursday I sat there for 4 1/2 hours and she didn't even do the job right she gave me blonde highlights everything else and did not look good at all. I said something to her when I was leaving after sitting there all that time. She told me to come back Friday that she'd fix it and do my root touchup like I wanted and she was going to do my blonde strips on the front like in the pictures I showed her I wanted. But I was sitting there thinking she should've done that Thursday night not for me to have to come back Friday for her to do it the correct way. So I come back Friday to let her finish. She gets my two front pieces of my hair and wrap some foil and told me she was going to make those blonde and was going to get the root corrector to make my roots brown again. So I told her that was fine she started to wrap my hair in the foil and told me to sit there for 25 minutes. I said OK she was going to wash my hair and I sat down to get blow dried as soon as she started to blow dry my hair I could already tell that it was not what I wanted. She asked me while she was washing my hair if I want her to curl it again and I told her no just a blow dry it and straighten it that she didn't have to curl it. So when she was blowdry my hair she stopped in took my apron off told me to have a good day she did not even finish blow dry my hair, or straighten it at that. I look like she grabbed a paintbrush and painted the front two streaks in my hair in the back of it is brown. I have never been so unhappy with the haircut before. My haircut in the back is uneven and then on top of it I had hair dye all over me too. I made it fully aware when I left on Facebook messaging the salon page that I was not happy with her doing it again and come to find out she's the owner. Which makes things worse they had time to reach back out to me to take five minutes to call Lisa and have her call me to fix things. But she didn't. I have never been so unhappy with this and I don't even know what to do. She will never treat any other client the way that I have been treated by everybody there at the salon. I don't care if they weren't there they don't know what happen it doesn't matter tell Lisa to call me and fix the issue and that's just how you treat everybody. I will make sure that no other client gets treated the way I did I have been beyond upset about this whole situation and nothing yet has been done about it. read more

After visiting multiple different hairdressers in the area I believe I have finally found my FOREVER HAIRDRESSER! Lisa is simply amazing. She gave me my "hair spirit" back. If your a woman you know how important it is to find that special person who puts the bounce back in your step because you know how darn hot your hair looks and feels. And she really listens and then examines your hair so she knows how to make it woek and feel natural. You know, that Good Hair Day feeling. Really connected with her.
