Wonderful job on my car. Easy communication, great customer service, and I truly felt my happiness about the look/security was valued and important. There is 5% on the front and back, and the windshield was tinted as well although I don't know the percentage. I would highly recommend this establishment. Used apple maps to locate business and I must warn it's not correct. Further down than what it advised. Needless to say I still arrived on time as I left early just in case. Good customer service and was prompt when emailing to get a quote. You are able to make an appointment via email but it would be even more great if you could just book it online yourself but that's just a personal preference. Lots of pictures on the walls to show previous work. Did have to ask about the legal tint for the state to ensure I would be ok. Glad I asked because I almost got below the legal tint. Be sure you ask questions! Wait area was ok. You can tell most may just drop it off but because I needed to go into work afterwards I waited. They did advise me there is a warranty on my tint for the life of the vehicle which is nice. It was clean and tv is available to watch if you have to wait. read more

After several weeks I noticed multiple locations with debris under the tint causing bubbles. To fair I never even called to have them repAired as they should have been done correctly the first time. I still give 3 stars as the owner is very polite and friendly. The tint also never cleared up leaving a cloudy look. The quality of the tint is suspect. read more

The owner does not have a clue how to manage a business or even provide the most basic customer service. The facility is dirty and smells horribly. The owner himself seems to not have bathed in several days and smells of body odor, beer and marijuana. The tint job I received on my Lexis was so bad, that i had to take it to the dealer and have it professionally removed, at great expense to me personally, and then i just had the Lexus dealership complete my new tint job. When I approached the owner, Chris Salas about reimbursing me for the expense of having his bad tinting job removed, hit threw the invoice in my face, said some not so nive things to me and slammed the door in my face. Chris tinted the last three cars I owned...OK jobs, but one had bubbles that took him forever to fix. He constantly put me off and finally squeezed me in one day and took care of it. I decided to give him a shot on tinting a couple of windows at my house. Took measurements, a picture, and sent the info to him...he gave me a price and we set an appointment. He postponed once, and then never showed up. I drove 45 minutes(one way)from my work to the house to meet him. I texted him about 20 minutes after the specified time-no reply. I called and left a message-no call back. After waiting about an hour, I tried calling again-he hung up on me. So, I texted him to not bother with it. He texted and called me about a half-hour later telling me he was at a job more than an hour from my house. Why he couldn't let me know he wouldn't make it and reschedule, I'll never know. I know stuff happens and all that, but I wasted a couple of hours of my time on this. I won't be calling him again. read more
