I am giving this company a low rating because the price they charged was 3-4 x more expensive than anyone else I've ever worked with. When I called to get a quote, the woman on the phone said $225, when they came to the house, the price they gave me was $800. For less than 800 square feet of cleaning and a couch. Not only that, but they only did one side of the pillows on the couch. Didn't even flip it. When I inspected the couch, there were still some marks that I was able to scratch off with my finger. Also, the floors did not get fully clean - I could have done a better job myself - for context, we have a no shoes policy upstairs in our house, we get our carpets cleaned every 6 months and the rugs are less than 2 years old. IOW, this was not a special case requiring extra care. For what I paid for this service, they should have come out sparkling clean and they should have cleaned the pillows front and back. I called Scott and he was very helpful in addressing any questions I had, from start to finish. My landlord offered to pay up to a certain amount and Scott was very accommodating with our payment request. After explaining the layout of our home/sq. ft, he was able to tell us exactly which rooms and how many floors he would be able able to clean up to the payment amount we had. He arrived promptly at our agreed-upon time and quickly got to work. He worked fast and was in and out in less than a couple hours. He even offered to help spray down our patio floors, as well as clean the outdoor patio furniture. While we were very satisfied with the service, he provided awesome customer service after as well.
