BUT THINGS HAVE CHANGED. I don't think their administrative support has ever had administrative duties before. Repeatedly, Emails were sent asking for an estimate. I don't think she checks her email and that can screw everything up. There is no follow-thru. I was supposed to get an estimate before anyone was to show up this morning. MY GOD, I THEN GET A CALL THE GUY IS ON HIS WAY. I never heard from her. The house was not prepared and I was in my nightgown. I really should have had the estimate long before this. He walks in the door saying they sent the estimate - yeah, 5 minutes ago. They ended up not wanting the job and that is okay. I can't work with their scheduler without an estimate. It was so much smoother before. Now it's a struggle. (Sorry Rob)
