They could not remove the stains I pointed out, even though they said they tried three times after my first visit and again when they tried after I returned with my displeasure. From there I took the jacket to Dubin's. Andy, the owner of Dubin Cleaners, removed every single stain so that it now looks brand new. He only charged about $1 more than the other place (but this compares to the cost after a 20% discount from the other place). I'm not naming the original cleaners because I don't want to give them a black eye. I took a NEW suit there to be PRESSED only, yet I was charged the same price as if it had been dry cleaned. When I returned home and went to hang up my suit, I noticed it was only half pressed. I called and spoke with the Closing Manager on 10/4/25, who told me that pressed items simply go through a machine and are then hung up--and that the only way to remove all the wrinkles is by having the item dry cleaned. I explained that if the wrinkles weren't going to come out, they should have dry cleaned the suit since I paid the same price. I asked if staff even check their work or care about quality, but the manager only said I could bring the suit back with the tag still attached, and they would "see what they could do." Unfortunately, I needed the suit the next day (10/5/25), and he told me I couldn't get it back until Monday (10/6/25). I ended up pressing the suit myself--even after paying for the service. I didn't ask for a refund; I simply wanted the job done right. This cleaners took my money and showed no concern for making it right. I'm very disappointed and will not be doing business with them again!!!

At Bridal Expos and online, you usually get bombarded with the chain Menswear places to do your business with for your wedding day (like I did). The styles at these places were bland and I wanted something different. I stumbled upon Sam Michael's and from my first visit (of probably 5 or 6 in total), I was hooked! Walking in here for the first time, I didn't know what to expected. I explained that I was getting married, and 8 groomsmen and 2 parents that needed suits. I was sat down and shown all of my different rental options, which included suits, tuxes, pants, ties, shoes and other accessories. So many decisions, but I was granted the ability to stay there and think carefully, but also explained to that I can change it as many times as I want up to a month or so before the wedding date. Attached are some pictures of the suit I picked for myself and my groomsmen. It was a brand new suit in their inventory that they personally owned, as well as the color choice for my accents (pocket square and tie). Michael and team were very professional through the entire process. We had multiple texts and phone calls back and forth during my moving of our wedding date as well as when my accent color was discontinued. After the wedding was all said and done, I was granted a $500 shopping spree on a suit set of my choice. That was really exciting and I got a nice blue, checkered patterned suit. Initially the suit was advertised to me as "slightly more expensive" but better quality and service than competitors. After we allocated our wedding finances after we got married, at Sam Michael's, I actually spent LESS than what I budgeted and LESS than a competitor I was initially going to go with. Totally worth it here! Thank you Mike and team for everything! I felt like family every time I walked in. No errors or resizing for any of us during our pick ups.
