We also got here early to beat the crowd. You go in, the gentleman will ask you how many machines you need and then you can start your load. Instructions are in English. They will put in the coins. Same process with drying. Then you just pay the on the way out. It's located in a safe area and the people working the laundry provided good customer service. They are 27km away from my hotel and they charged $150 pesos ($7.50 US) to come to my hotel, pick up laundry at 10am (arrived 45 min after my call), picked up my clothes, drove 27km to their shop, washed and folded my clothes, then called me to coordinate a drop off time, and drove 27km to my hotel to drop off the clothes by 3pm the same day. It was about $472 pesos ($25 ish US).

I would definitely recommend using them near the end of the trip, get home w few clothes to wash!
