Since he was taking too long and being sus with giving information over. I went to Apple & got it serviced checked turned out he charged me $630 to put a screen that should've been recycled on my laptop. Told me it was brand new & apple warranty covered. In the end I got my money back thank god! He said basically I'm lucky he's giving me a refund because the screen is cracked. But if it wasn't for the screen cracking I wouldn't have know that he used recycled screen and charged me $630 for it.

It took the Apple Store 2 days just to evaluate my Macbook, only to tell me the repairs would cost more than a new one. I brought the same Macbook to these guys. They opened my Macbook right away, briefly showed me some of the stuff that was wrong with my Macbook, took a closer look at it over the day and got back to me with their full analysis within 24 hours. I even saw some guy walk in with his broken iPhone, get it repaired, and walk out with his fixed iPhone within 20 minutes! They always ask customers when they need their stuff back by, and they work hard to get it back to you by that time. In the end, my Macbook needed too many repairs to get it fixed, but they offered a trade-in and gave me a good deal on a refurbished laptop. Definitely recommend these guys.

They lose parts, can't keep track of their repair techs, and have terrible customer service if things do go wrong. I'd pick another place, even if you have to go to Kitchener. I called ahead to ensure that they could fix my phone. They said they had the part and they told me to come in on a specific day because they would have a tech in for the repair. It was a repair that would take 30 min. Perfect! I drove 1 hour into town with my seven month old baby in tow only to be told that the customer service representative "Halvsa?" was mistaken and that the tech wasn't in that day (no apology). Ok fine. She said they could have my repair completed by noon the next day. I asked for her assurance as coming back the next day meant another hour long drive with a baby. She assured me the repair will be completed by that time. So the next day I arrived on time and naturally the repair wasn't done. According to her they lost the part and now needed to order in a new one. And instead of apologizing and trying to problem solve or make it up to me or any of the normal customer service things she instead kept repeating over and over again "it's not my fault, you have to understand" and blames it on her manager who is on vacation. I honestly found the entire interaction completely unprofessional and childish.
