Of course holes were drilled into the walls as part of the process. But all the holes were secured back into place at the end of the job. I hired a professional drywall person to mud over the holes and sand them smooth. Now I can repaint as needed. I can't wait to enjoy my house being much cozier over the winter months! So did the dust and silverfish. Our house had an at least 8 degree difference between the first and second floor in temperature. They are now equal in temperature. The furnace and air conditioner have been working less. The new whole house attic fan is a wonderful addition, as it is very quiet and strong. We've used it a lot. All of our bathroom exhaust fans and the whole house fan is hooked up properly, so it's all venting outside. Before it was just going into the attic.
