It's a great place with friendly people who offer great deals on houses! the houses I've seen are really beautiful and the workers can't get more friendly. The service I received was unbelievably great and I'd recommend them to anyone I know, because everyone I've talked to seems to be satisfied with their purchase and the buying process. Horrible company bought my house from them the people that put my house together right. fought them for a year to get them to come out and finally put a belly band on so the can seal my house from the outside weather and for them to just paint over the mold that was cause by not having it. do not get me started on my roof my roof was jacked up like the didn't care about put the shingles on right or cut up or broken which in return caused leaking through light fixters in my kids room 3 times and every time they came out they said oh we fixed every thing and this last time that just happen again i called and told them I thought it was fixed and they kept telling me oh it rained since then Ok. so I had professional come out to look at it to find out they never fixed nothing but cover it up with flex a seal and to see that nothing was put back right or or missing shingles and covered up with that staff read more

Now the A/C brand new that we paid for with the home, Economy uses Amburn A/C, Tommy Amburn, has broke down the 5th. time and neither Tommy Amburn nor Economy will repair it. Same problem, leaking valve, leaks out refrigerant and instead of replacing they tighten the valve and recharge. Now they want more money to come back out. read more

I can totally relate with previous reviews. They even removed their company off google maps so you can't review it. It was making them look bad but that's unfair to future potential victims. Peach was also very nice to us when we did the deal, now afterwards you can't get her or Teri to finish anything they stated they would do. The trim in my house is still unfinished , broken sheetrock, unlevel and creeky floors, the list goes on and on. They switch ac company's mid process and we had to put window units in for a week in the mid summer. We got different people everytime we bitched until someone came out and everytime they did like one thing and left. A shitty job at that. They did not follow through on anything and I wouldn't wish this company or headache on my worst enemy. It's a run around and it's still not finished. I eventually gave up and started fixing the home myself, but this company should be shut down for the fraud they commit. It's like they only know how to sell the houses and then fuck the rest.
