They would not spray clear to the end of the yard so we kept having weeds all along our walk and driveway. I had to call them to respray 3 times. To top that off, we did not pre pay for another year which we had always done previously because I knew we were switching companies. Well, Pure Green still continued to come out and spray and bill me. When I called to tell them I did not want their service and to please stop coming, Brook told me I still owed for Jan because I hadn't notified them to end it! I had always prepaid for the entire year in advance, but she didn't even ask why I hadn't done that. Pretty sure they knew I wasn't keeping them so they just kept spraying. Horrible business practice, but I paid it just to be done with this company! FYI, I do not think this was a rule when we started with them, but I did look at a previous statement and in very small print it says that service is continuous until they are notified.

Absolutely horrible job. I paid 10k to get an ~200 sqft room studded and sheetrocked. They ran…read moreelectrical wiring and NAILED the wire BETWEEN the sheetrock and the studs (twice!) bulging out the sheetrock and causing electrical fire danger. I had to unscrew the sheetrock and get the wire out. They put sheetrock directly over an electrical outlet with no hole in the sheetrock, causing me to spent hours redoing their work! They nailed THROUGH an electrical outlet box to install it. So I have 2 nails with bare metal exposed inside an electrical box where an outlet is supposed to go-that's a major fire hazard! They spent 2 weeks doing a ~1 week job. They used an electrical sander for mudding with no sheets and spread sheetrock dust all over the basement. 2 months later, still digging out from their mess. Absolutely horrible; overcharged, underperformed, multiple instances of fire SAFETY hazard issues, egotistical jerks. Brian is a real piece of work, horrible individual to work with. Threatened to put a lien on the house b/c they didn't want to clean up dust mess they spread all over the basement (over computers, chairs, couches, etc.) and I wouldn't pay them until they did. If I could give a negative review I would.

Kevin helped me understand how to best deal with the leaves and how mulching would benefit my lawn. The leaves that weren't needed, his team vacuumed and carted away. This is important to me because why bag organic material when it can be used to benefit the land? We also made the mistake of taking another vendor's advice removing our gutter guards. What a mistake! More leaves. Clogged gutters. Potential for home damage was real. Kevin was so responsive! He fit me Into his schedule to clean the gutters while I wait for the new gutter guard installation. This is an honest hard working team.
