If you're thinking of getting this system through Costco The Woodlands, think twice. Do not, I repeat, do not get this system. Costco was great, but the distributor and service provider, Dupure, are so inept, it's ridiculous. Go to Home Depot or elsewhere. Now, I'm forced to deal with Dupure, for the life of my EcoWater system. They don't call back in a timely manner and cannot fix even the most simple issue with my system. I had a CPU problem, for which I got the runaround from Dupure ALL FREAKING SUMMER! I went to Costco The Woodlands to complain and only at that point Dupure took action. In the end, the actual EcoWater regional manager came to my house and fixed a simple, simple issue.
