Unfortunately they know it too - prices are very high (you get some of the same stuff on Amazon as well for less) and the service is weak and unfriendly. You are only allowed to try 3 costums per person - so i was there with a friend, she had 4 costumes, i said, she can have one try of mine, because i dont want to try anyway, but the shoplady was very strict about the three trys per person rule!! not very customer oriented, apparently they don't need it...

Even though the store employee spoke limited English she was very helpful and came up with creative ideas for my costume which turned out be a great amusment and a fun addition to my original idea. The only downside is that the prices are a bit higher comparing to online shops but then again good service and being able to try different sizes often is the key factor to nailing a good Halloween costume.
