I emailed again in July asking for a recommendation for a real estate agent who could help me, as I had cash in hand. Missy assured me she could help and would give me answers in a few days. Her eventual response was to tell me to call other people. I asked if a particular property had a backyard, no response. (guess I was supposed to call the listing agent to find out?) Even though I stated several times I was coming from out of state on a friday or saturday to view properties and needed to see them all at once, she offered an one hour time slot on wednesday or thursday, and stated that her friday/saturday schedule was filling up fast. Overall, her tone in the emails was not pleasant. I am very disappointed as I was happy to find an all female real estate business to work with. Contacted another realtor in the area, had all my answers within 3 hours, and an appointment on friday to view 7 properties, and mostly likely I will be purchasing one of them.
