This store was well-stocked and had a great selection with tons of discounts and Clearance. The best part was Olga, one of the staff attendants, who went above and beyond to help me and my husband. She made us feel comfortable, provided excellent styling recommendations, and didn't mind at all going to get us different sizes when needed. The staff was very accommodating; they also didn't have my size in a shirt that I absolutely loved, but they were able to mail the shirt in my size with free shipping to my home. I left Ralph Lauren very happy with the purchase and their customer service. Thank you, Olga!

This location is convenient to pickup beach towels or chairs if you plan to visit Sebago Lake State Park (20 minute drive away on Route 302). This Reny's was a surprisingly large store with two levels and had many products made in Maine. On the first floor, we picked up 2 bags of Fox Family Potato Chips (Salt and Pepper; Wicked Hot BBQ) before leaving the state of Maine. I wish we had purchased 5 more bags as the chips were delicious (potato flavor and not overly seasoned). Service was friendly and the checkout line was relatively short. The prices were comparable to what you might pay at a grocery store like a Hannaford. Overall, I think every visitor should stop by a Reny's at least one time to experience this unique Maine store!

I would highly recommend them if you are trying to find parts for discontinued older models of kayaks and canoes. I emailed them some questions I had to make sure I was purchasing the right stuff and they got back to me quickly and were very informative in their explanations. The website has very thorough explanations for the Wilderness systems brand ad well. I have since placed a second order. Parts can be either mailed to you or picked up at their store. While I had previously used Amazon to try to find parts, they didn't fit my kayak and had to be returned. I never have that issue with the parts I order from TopKayaker and they are better quality than the stuff on Amazon.

They do have a money back guarantee and even will help you shop for a "slightly" used mattress to save some money. What I mean by that is that if someone buys one, is not happy, utilizes the guarantee, it returns to the store and is sold at a discount. Sounds like a deal to me! I love the option to take it home yourself too - we just rented a $20 Home depot truck and took care of it ourselves. SO easy, but they also offered delivery. Not pushy, super nice service. But do your homework of course! Learn about the mattresses and know what you like! Try them all out.
