I had a flat tire on I-40 and State Farm roadside assistance sent Eddie's out to me. He found me on the interstate quickly, helped me move everything out of my car to get to the spare and changed the tire quickly. He was very polite and helpful, even at 11pm. He was also extremely brave, as we were pulled over on a stretch of highway right around a curve and going downhill. The big trucks and other traffic did not try to slow down or move to the other lane and he was able to change the tire safely and quickly even in those circumstances. This service is contracted with State Farm so I didn't have to pay a single cent out of pocket for him to come out and help; although I wish I had cash because he deserved a heck of a tip! If you don't have roadside assistance, and you need a tow service, I would highly recommend this company! read more
