I was quite surprised to find an Edeka store in the very touristy town of Horumersiel. On the other hand, Edeka is a very down-to-earth grocery and sudries store that I'm sure both the locals and tourists like. The store is the usual, very well organized Edeka example. At the time I visited, midday Saturday, it was not very busy, though. Judging from the brand new store fixtures and temporary banners outside, this store may have been recently opened.
