This is a food truck. There are seats next to the truck with some chickens walking around. It added charm to this laid back ambiance. It felt like I was having a hot drink at my neighbor's backyard. Service was swift and friendly. We ordered a 16-ounce latte coffee, 16-ounce hot chocolate and a cup of mud pie ice cream. The coffee was smooth and delicious. The hot chocolate was equally delicious. I liked the fact that it was not too sweet. Both were served at the perfect temperature. The ice cream was creamy and yummy.

I was a huge fan of their specialty blended ice drinks, particularly the Eden Freeze. I ordered the small ($5.25), which comes standard with two shots of espresso, but I added a third shot to balance the sweetness. Even though it's pre-blended in batches--which I was initially skeptical about--the drink was surprisingly good and incredibly addictive. I would have come here every day if I had discovered it sooner. Eden has two locations, and I visited the food truck. It's conveniently located in the parking lot next to the local supermarket.

We saw the long line at this place and figured it was worth trying. Sadly, it wasn't our favorite amongst all the other coffee places on the island. That's not to say it was bad! It just was normal coffee that didn't blow us away. They do offer decaf espresso which was good for me as not everywhere does.

I came because of all the amazing reviews for the Island Bliss latte. I ordered the island bliss hot with macnut milk. The coffee tastes very watered down, at least it's not bitter or acidic, but just very faint diluted coffee taste. I also don't taste any flavorings in my latte, honestly I'm not even sure it was even included that's how little taste there is. Not sure if this was just a bad day, but I will try other local coffee shops before I circle back at try Eden coffee again. Coffee in Hawaii hits different and Eden Coffee was amazing. We were in Kauai for a week long family vacation and I made it my mission to hit a different local coffee spot each morning. Eden Coffee was posted up in Koloa and I had seen it while driving around the area. I had made a note in my mind to make sure to visit one morning. Took my son with me one morning. This coffee spot is highly rated and rightfully so! I ordered a cappuccino with a shot of their chocolate Mac nut syrup...best coffee I've had on the island! My girl friend and I had to go back the next day. The service and staff are also wonderful and put a smile on our faces immediately. Conveniently located in a parking lot that is easy to get to and always had an open spot. They are friendly, convenient to get to and are definitely serving the best coffee! read more

What sort of person drops anything less than a 3 star review...I perish the thought. First off, they move fast. I'm in Kauai on vacation and want to go snorkeling or lounge on a beach, but wait in line. Not a problem here. Second, the flavor is the right blend of sweet. Just enough to be tasty, but not overpowering. Lastly, the service is friendly where he'll ask you your name and remember your order on a repeat trip. Just an all around great cup of coffee to start my day. read more

Went here for our morning coffee and it was wonderful! Super nice woman taking our orders and making sure all of our modifications were correct. Most of us mixed vanilla or chocolate into the Eden freeze and it was delicious. The Milky Way and iced americano with white chocolate were also loved by my party. Very quiet spot with a beautiful jewelry stand next to the cart. Will absolutely be returning! read more

Coffee is just soso. The Eden Freeze was delicious but we found the other ice drinks to be on the lighter side and slightly watery. The baristas were very friendly and even offered to put more syrup in my latte when we went which was nice of them. I do like that it is conveniently located by a market and on the way to Poipu or Shipwreck beach. read more

Tried the macadamia nut latte and I enjoyed it a lot! The macadamia nut flavor stood out but it was not overpowering. The coffee was strong and the milk was fluffy. Came here for bagels and a beverage this morning - what a lovely little find! Staff were very helpful and friendly, and could easily make my chai latte over ice instead of hot when I asked for it. The everything bagel was nicely toasted and came with a generous portion of cream cheese (not like those little pathetic servings from motels and such). The chai latte was beautifully spiced, but perfectly balanced with the sweetness level. Delicious! My dad got a cappuccino and said it was very good, so if you're more of a coffee drinker, Eden coffee seems like they satisfy that craving too. This is a food truck, but there is some seating available as well, which was lovely. All in all, a great little spot for drinks and a snack! read more

Eden coffee is casually located within a food truck plaza and open early at 6:30 AM. I came here every morning four days straight for my Hawaiian coffee and was consistently met with happy faces and greet service. Breakdown of the top two drinks: The Hawaiian Dream- chocolate macadamia Island Bliss- chocolate coconut I preferred the Hawaiian Dream of the two, but to each their own. The two sweet ladies were friendly and customized my drink to be hot one day and blended and less sweet another. I highly recommend Eden Coffee. read more

A little too sweet for my liking and not enough of the matcha flavor comes through. The color also wasn't the correct shade of green for good quality matcha, but I'm someone who likes to make my matcha at home and rarely find ones at coffee shops that I actually like, so take my review with that in mind, if you're a casual matcha drinking then you would like their version. It doesn't dry your tongue out or have a bitter taste. The following day I decided to try their coffee and ordered a hot vanilla oat milk latte. It was just okay, the espresso is a little more on the acidic side and I couldn't taste any vanilla flavor. Definitely not the worst latte I've had in Hawaii, but for the cost of lattes nowadays, I wouldn't come back to try more of their menu until I try other local coffee shops first. The first thing I'll mention is the variety. There were approximately 10 hot food items on their main hot food table with options ranging from kalua pork hash, to frittata, to mango mahi. Plus they switched out all options each day to make sure the buffet wasn't repetitive. The quality of these items was generally great. But they had much more beyond the main hot food table. The fresh juice shots were always a highlight for us. Also the pancakes/french toast bar, which always had a good local twist like taro or ube mixed in. And make sure to dig into the fresh fruit spread. They have good sweet baked goods as well, but I think the bread/bagel cabinet is the only miss at this buffet. The bread options just weren't good quality. I still give 5 stars, because even without freshly baked breads, we still had a plethora excellent options. If you are staying at Grand Hyatt Kauai, this buffet is a great option. Especially if you want to fill up on brunch and not go out to eat again until dinner.

The color also wasn't the correct shade of green for good quality matcha, but I'm someone who likes to make my matcha at home and rarely find ones at coffee shops that I actually like, so take my review with that in mind, if you're a casual matcha drinking then you would like their version. It doesn't dry your tongue out or have a bitter taste. The following day I decided to try their coffee and ordered a hot vanilla oat milk latte. It was just okay, the espresso is a little more on the acidic side and I couldn't taste any vanilla flavor. Definitely not the worst latte I've had in Hawaii, but for the cost of lattes nowadays, I wouldn't come back to try more of their menu until I try other local coffee shops first.
