I have lived in Citrus County for 23 years and I have had quite a few large corporate lawn companies in those 23 years and not one can compare whatsoever to James. My home is built up on an elevation so my property is not easy to maneuver up on a hill with a commercial lawn mower but James does it with a breeze, easy like Sunday morning:) I first met James 5 years ago when he came to my home to give me an estimate on maintaining my property. He said it will be challenging, but after a few cuts and learning what I like, he told me it will be nothing short of the best and 5 years later he has delivered on that promise every single cut from day one. I have St. Augustine grass which is high maintenance with water, fertilizer and requires an excellent experienced landscaper of grass. My grass always looks like a thick gorgeous perfect rug of endless greenery with not a blade of grass missed. James never scalps the grass and knows exactly the height limit to cut the St. Augustine at throughout the seasons of the year. Every so many cuts, James will cut my grass in the front yard in a diamond pattern like you see on a football field. It looks so cool! I never seen anyone use a straight line instead of an edger all the way around my rock border, around my flower beds and where the grass meets the street so sharp, so tight, so crisp and so flawlessly clean. I can't brag enough about the pride, the precise detail and the time James takes when he is cutting my grass around my entire property. I also can't tell you the amount of endless compliments from neighbors who walk and drive by, the amount of strangers who drive by and stop to tell me how absolutely gorgeous my grass looks. If I had to guess, I would say several hundred compliments over the years. I have never loved my grass so much lol and I have never stared at it and admired the beauty like I do since James took over. James mastered his craft and turns every cut into a work art. This trade can't be done by just anyone, the person must be a perfectionist. His son Brady, has been his right hand during his high school years and there after. Brady learned from his father and assisted him countless times with my property. Brady was so good that sometimes I could not tell if it was James by himself or his son, he was that good:) No surprise there! James and Brady are always professional, very kind and a pleasure to do business with. I have never texted any business before just to say thank you over and over again showing my gratitude like I have done and continue to do with James all these years. I do not write reviews often as it must be critically earned to put my stamp of approval on a company as I have written here today and should have long ago. James earned this review and he deserves the recognition in Citrus County. Not many business names match the work ethics provided but I will tell you that his business name matches exactly what James provides consistently and that is a Perfect Cut. Got a reply on Friday telling me that they would be here on Friday. Didn't know if it would be morning or afternoon, and then I was very rudely informed that they had 280 clients and 3 machines, and that they weren't going to mow 10 yd a day. As if this had anything to do with anything, I guess they have either too many clients or they need to buy more machines. I don't know. So I said, I wanted to know so that I could be here because I don't allow people on my property when I'm not here generally, whenever I've had that happen, things have disappeared. And they were very animate about the fact that that I did not need to be here that it was fine if I wasn't here to the point that it made me uncomfortable. And and then they said, oh, we'll send you pictures why I would need pictures, I have no idea because I live. Here. So that kind of made me uncomfortable. The fact that they really seemed to wanted me off the property when they were here. Well, of course, Friday comes and goes no one shows app again, no 1 replies on Friday when I text them again, so I find someone to come out Saturday and the only time I even got a reply from them was after I informed. Them not to come out on Saturday as if they were planning to, because I'd already found somebody that would come out and do the job. So the the guy was like, well, we just can't come out. And do you we put you on a route blah blah blah? But at no point in time was any of that explained to me, I wasn't told I was being put on a route, I was told that they would be out Thursday and Friday, I gave them one day's grace because of the rain, they told me that they would be there Friday, but they didn't know what time then they didn't show up. They were very rude.
