Sent me half dead plants with bugs! I sprayed them all with neem oil but the basil and rosemary still died. The mint is still alive but the leaves are still spotted and falling off. I emailed them and they said they won't refund me $29.99 because they only do that if you receive dead plants. Sooo now I have black bugs possibly infecting my other plants too. I'm spraying everything with rosemary oil now and hoping for the best. I isolated the buggy plants as soon as I noticed. I will not be doing business with this company again. All I wanted was a little fresh herb garden. Lesson learned. read more

My parents and I have shopped here as far back as I can remember. We have bought large flowering trees from Eden Farms and have had them planted by them too. They have matured into lovely trees. They are stunning in the spring. I go there every years for perennials and some annuals. The quality of their trees and plants is top-notch. They also carrying Christmas trees and wreaths, but I only but my pomander ball there. They are costly ($55) but they are unique and beautiful. My one complaint is the customer service. The owners are not helpful, and have an attitude. They hardly, if ever, help you, and the one lady has the most sour expression on earth. I am an avid gardener and they have lost out on a good bit of business from me. I only return because of the quality and selection of some unique plants, and the Blooming Bucks. read more

We love this place , great selection of spring and summer flowers , I return every year , the petite bob cut woman who everyone think she's not friendly she's actually one of the most knowledgeable people you will meet in regards to the plants and flowers they sell . Every year we purchase several (about 6) of what they call a salad bowl. Many different kinds of lettuces and arugala, etc in an oval plastic flower pot. When I called this year to ask if they had them ready yet, the person on the phone was rude, kept slamming me on hold, and said they didn't have them. only flats of lettuce. She obviously did not understand what I was talking about and when I tried to explain further, she said "hold on" and slammed the phone down, disconnecting me. If you cant answer the phone and treat customers nicely you will 1-loose customers, and 2-should not be answering phone. My business will be going elsewhere, and they are out the $400-500 I spend each year at their place. read more

Very rude, and their plants looks awful. Would not recommend, I bought plants there, they died days later. Waste of money.

The selection and quality of the plants is very good at Eden Farms however, the prices are high and there is never anyone around to help you. I've gone there 3-4 times a year for the last ten years and the experience is always the same-- no hello from employees and no offers of assistance. When you do ask for help it is given grudgingly and one employee in particular is downright rude. The quality of the plants has gone down considerably since I wrote this review. I think there may have been a change of ownership and now the plants aren't being watered like they were. read more

Horribly Rude Staff!!! I have been spending hundreds every summer for years. This past Saturday I was overcharged so I went in on Monday to get my money back and I was basicly called a liar and a theif. told them most businesses say they are sorry when they overcharge but they give insults. I will never go back!!! From now on I will go to Heaven Hill Nursery in Vernon, NJ. Their selection is much better and their staff is very sweet and will help you with anything you need! read more
