Went in for a pedicure while visiting Vegas. The service was decent but the equipment looked old and no drinks or beverages were offered. $65 for a pedicure is very similar to LA prices and in LA, you get a drink of choice. Not gonna argue that it is indeed pretty nails but for $70 dollars and the fact that the gel x nails came off less than a week after I got them done although I was told it's good for two weeks. the worst of it all is the fact that my natural nails was completely ruined. My nails would break whenever I grab things and they didn't remove the glue correctly. So story time, when I saw my Gel x came off I called the store and ask if I can get my full set removed for free since I was told it will last for two weeks but the lady told me I needed to come in person since she wanted to make sure I actually got them done at their shop. Second of all while the lady was removing my Gel X which keep in mind the lady who did my nails earlier that week was also at the time so while the lady I spoke on the phone earlier was removing my gel x she kept telling me I must have peeled off my gel x but that's not even the weirdest part which made me starting to doubt if the workers are actually certified was the lady who was removing my nails started going off on the lady who did my set earlier that week. read more

I was there for an hour and 45 minutes just for a dipped manicure. I picked out a pink color and she brings out the dip and it's purple they didn't have a light pink shade at all. Then she ends up, bringing me a light pink color, and when she puts it on it looks like my natural nail. I just got back from my appointment and one of my nails breaks. I just adore this place. It's out of my way but I found this gem when my parents came to visit, their Airbnb was not to far from here and I'm glad I found it. Just a little update on my favorite nail shop in the valley. I was introduced to Eden Nails back in 2016, 8yrs later this is still my go to spot for spa pedi's. The customer service is top notch, I love all the ladies there. So sweet! Experienced techs, these ladies know what they are doing. I promise, sometimes I come in there and it looks like I've been chopping bricks w/ my bare feet. By the time that I walk out of there, my feet are so soft, cuticles have been pushed back, nails have been clipped, toes polished and legs/feet are massaged. The shop has a cool-a$$ vibe, super clean, a nice selection of colors to choose from. TV's on the wall (if you left your phone in the car), music playing in the shop (not too loud to interrupt your experience) and all of the massage chairs work (over the past 8yrs I think I have sat in every chair). I had to post this update to let y'all know my recent experience at the shop. Eden Nails is very accommodating! Last week I was in for a fresh pedi, everything went great...um, until I woke up in the morning and started getting ready for my day. Like I said, everything went great, so great that I did not notice that there was no TOP coat on my right foot. So I had (1) glossy foot and (1) dull foot; I wasn't mad or anything like that, I was more like "how did I miss that???". I told myself that I would get back to the shop by the end of the day to get it fixed. I did not catch the mistake before leaving the shop the night before , so I had all intentions of paying whatever I needed to pay to make my right foot (toes) glossy. Saturday afternoon is a very busy day at Eden, I walked in at 4:30PM, I did not expect anything less. I told them the problem, I figured that I would have to wait, so I made my way over to the waiting area to wait until they could squeeze me in. As I was about to sit down, I hear my name and I'm being called to a chair. All of 10mins (maybe less), top coat was applied, 60secs under the curing light and my show was back on and I was in my car. I'm going to say it again EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! This is my Las Vegas local salon. I travel frequently and my schedule is never linear and they always go above and beyond to accommodate me. Lisa, owner, is lovely and her crew has been with her a long time. Hana is a great tech who is gentle and very detail oriented. I cannot recommend this salon more. If you are visiting our city it's close to the Strip and easy to get an Uber to and from in a safe location with other restaurants next door all hours of the day and evening. read more

We politely asked for confirmation of this so that we can pay the amount, get serviced and have the information for when we speak to the bank. Not only was no type of confirmation shown but we were told a story about how the owner was so upset that he threw the confirmation of the returned transaction away. This was after waiting 30 minutes. Imagine being a black couple coming into a nail salon and being accused of not paying for service/Stealing and denied service with no type of evidence. This was extremely unprofessional and we will never go back to an establishment that handles customers like that. read more

Listen- My girl Kayla- she NEVER misses the mark! I have been going to her for a couple of years now and she has been the best that I've ever found for my nails! I don't do acrylics and neither does she. So to find someone who is a master at natural nails; manicure/pedicure- she has been my life saver! What I love most about her is she NEVER rushes. Her and I spend 2, sometimes 3 hours together. I am VERY particular about my nails and she knows exactly how I like them. She makes sure to paint the whole nail; sides and tips. So she called over some big rude lady, who was already irritated she had to move to begin with... Argues with me what's the problem, calls another tech over who sees the line work is not symmetrical. Yesterday I had the most expensive and painful mani-pedi. We are locals and were excited to try a new place. The man tried to upsell me on everything, including a deluxe pedicure which I agreed to but included no massage or anything extra after all. My toe was completely cut open with an electric tool, and then he rushed through the manicure cutting me multiple times. I finally said I just want to leave, and then he started clipping HIS OWN nails with the tool.
