Do not use this company. They charged my contractor for two days of usage when he was not able to return the rented item because they were closed on Sunday. But they never told or put in writing that we would be charged for 2 days. This is criminal and shady business dealings. Do not trust this company or their employees, and they would not give me the "bosses" name so I could discuss why we were charged for 2 days. Very disappointed that a company would not want to make this right and return the $50 + dollars. (I live in Edgewater) read more

Rented a couple of things and while the one product worked fine, the other product was in very poor working condition and we couldn't utilize it. Let employees know working condition thinking they would fix it so next customer wouldn't have the same experience as we did and they took offense to it, and they started cursing at us and owner came out and insulted us as well. read more
