I only had one bad review with one star, and it stayed on the main page along with one good one. I remember the sales lady wasn't happy about me discontinuing my ad and acted snarky about it. I guess they get commissions. I never could get any of those eleven or twelve great reviews back on my main page!!!! So, people should always read the "do not recommend" reviews for a business, as they are just as good. YELP IS EVIL
