Is it possible to give negative stars?! I reached out to this store regard the quality of item I received for $75! Total ripoff! According to my in-laws (recipients), "it looked like it had been in the guy's car all day shifting around and melting." Gross! Warm cheesecake!!! Anyway I haven't received a response even though I have emailed multiple times. So when I went back to my emails to get proof of my original request I realized they CLOSED my original request WITHOUT ever contacting me! So I created a new complaint asking to be reimbursed somewhat for the terrible product I received and they did the same thing again, they CLOSED my request WITHOUT ever contacting me! Recently I've started to send edible arrangements over flowers because they seem to be more reliable. When I send them to my parents in Chesterfield, MO I have no issues, and I have received arrangements in Overland Park, KS with no issues. However this particular location in Wichita, KS is absolutely terrible! This is the second time they have messed up an order and now that they just ignore me! I will not be spending $75 with them again! I advise you to take your money elsewhere. Unbelievable! read more

Ordered a Mother's Day arrangement and what was delivered was completely different. I spent about $100 on arrangement and card for a Mother's Day arrangement that was supposed to come with the word mother cut out in pineapple and dipped pink strawberries. What was actually delivered was this plain and kindergarten craft level arrangement instead. Super unhappy. Will not order again! I ordered a small arrangement for my parents 55th wedding anniversary. They were unable to deliver on the date I requested which was understandable because my parents were not available when they arrived for delivery. I did put in my notes to call before arriving to make sure they were there. Someone from the store called me and said they would deliver the next day and I said that would be fine. I notified my parents that a delivery would be coming the next day so they would be available. Around noon my parents called and said they had not received anything yet. I called the store and was treated poorly by the person on the phone and told that they were not able to deliver it that day but we could pick up. The whole point of edible arrangements is to have things delivered when ordered as I live out of town. . They said their driver cannot make the delivery that day. I asked for a manager. They had me call another person who had obviously been informed by the employee at the store that I wasn't happy. The manager I spoke to was rude and disrespectful. Complaining that she would have to deliver on her day off. A good manager would make her driver deliver but I won't go into that. Anyway, after a lot of back-and-forth she finally agreed to do the delivery. I was asking for a refund and they said they could make the refund but not refund the delivery fee which is ridiculous. I would highly avoid ordering from this location if possible. Employees were extremely rude and disrespectful to a customer and it was totally unacceptable. If there is another option in Wichita for an edible arrangements store I would use it otherwise find something else. Highly recommend You look for other options. read more

It was hectic getting the package from point a to point b on my part and they were very accommodating.

Everything looks great. I ordered the night before, and it was prepared and came faster than what the delivery terms said, so I was impressed. All of the fruits appear to be firm and exactly what I ordered online. I'll update on the taste soon. Not sure why there were two negative reviews. Very friendly and helpful staff. Decent selection but a little pricey. Hubby got me a bouquet and with tax it was around $75. I'd love to try their smoothies next time. Not a lot of chocolate covered fruits but they were pretty good. I'd buy it again. Maybe I'll go for the chocolate covered fruit tray next time. read more

I ordered an Edible Arrangement for our daughter in Wichita. They advertise for same day delivery, but that wasn't true. Their delivery truck had already left. The honey I will never order from Edible Arrangements in Wichiiiiidew melon was mushy. The rest was sort of okay. I sent a smaller version to our other daughter in Omaha at the same time. It looked just as large, if not larger than the Wichita one, and was very fresh. read more

We ordered a delivery Friday 4-28 online for retirement celebration at 830-9am. We called the store to be sure they had our phone numbers. At 615pm that evening, we get a hateful call from the.store manager that no one is home to accept delivery. Im did ask why the delivery was so late as it is a friday evening and I was told they get to it when they can. My husband heard the entire conversation and commented how rude this manager was doing the delivery. I understand ppl are overworked but this was just hateful so we said cancel and we would just cover any cancellation expenses as life it too short to deal.with this for a gift. We are a major business and use to give these for client gifts. We wont be ordering anymore. read more
