It's chicken soup, vegetables, and pork. It was surprisingly spicy. The best part of the meal was dessert in my opinion. It was cherries and chocolate. It had vegan pectin cherry jellies, fresh cherries that were pitted, a chocolate cake with chocolate mousse with a cherry glaze that looks like a glossy cherry. It was cherry art on a plate.

The chefs here are truly skilled, and my recommendation is to share a plate for 2 or 3 persons. My favorite is the Tempura Mixed, but if you're feeling fancy (and don't mind spending some extra money), go for the Omakase, and the chef will compose something creative based on whatever is the best ingredients at the time. If you just want to stuff yourself with as much food as possible, or would rather have your maki drowned in chili mayo - or don't really care for the seafood at all - then just go somewhere else.
