Went here with my daughter and granddaughter. We were enticed in by the billboard outside…read moreadvertising "All you can eat pizza". This was at approximately 2pm. Once settled inside we asked for the "all you can eat pizza" only to be told it didn't start until 4pm (no mention of this on the billboard). So after careful consideration we both ordered "The Beast" - described as all the meats (burger, chicken, bacon and much more). As we both believed this would be filling, we decided not to pay the extra £3 each to upgrade the burger to include fries and onion and slaw. Instead we ordered a side of fries (£2) to share. After waiting almost an hour for the food to arrive. We were disappointed with the presentation. Daughter's chicken was part cooked. Both meals were cold. The fries were also cold. Daughter then looked closer at her meal and realised there was no bacon. Managed to get the attention of a member of staff. Complained about the food not being cooked properly, pointed out that the description on menu stated "burger, chicken, bacon, cheese, pulled pork, pickles and onion rings" however the meal we were given lacked cheese, pickles and bacon. The member of staff apologised and took both meals away. The same staff member returned shortly after with the SAME meal. Daughter's chicken was STILL raw!!! I was annoyed, upset and disappointed. The raw chicken would have contaminated the rest of the meal. I had fully expected a completely replaced burger. Alas not. As a softer, when the food was returned I was told that chef was sorry and that the meal could be half price! Totally annoyed. I went to the serving counter where I was ignored by 3 staff refusing to give me eye contact. Eventually 1 came over. I explained the situation. Said I was happy to pay for my granddaughter's hot dog, the extra portion of fries and the drinks. However I would NOT pay for the disgusting burgers. The environment was clean. Temperature freezing. Staff totally ignorant. Wouldn't recommend not even to my enemy!

We went for a bottomless brunch at the Leicester branch this evening at 5pm with 8 people and were…read moremet with poor service and management. We received 2 rounds of drinks within one hour (which is not an exaggeration unfortunately) and when we talked to a waiter he told us to order "easier" cocktails so that they would be made faster. Since the price has been raised from just over £30 to £40.80 we would expect the same level if not better service as it was when we've come previously. We waited to see if the service would improve however it did not, we had to usher waiters over to order our food and more drinks as they would constantly walk past us even when it was clear we had finished all drinks on the table. When we talked to the manager (keiran) and asked for a simple fix of an extra 20-30mins on our 2 hour time he said that was impossible and illegal, and then said all he could do was take £20 off our whole bill which was just about £2 off of everyone's bottomless. We obviously disputed this as usually you get AT LEAST 5 rounds in an hour, to which he replied saying since the menu change they prioritise spending their time with their tables and mixing drinks which is a joke as it's still marketed on the menu and website as BOTTOMLESS and UNLIMITED. After we complained to the highest management there (who was named Kieran) one of our guests heard him unprofessionally complaining to the other staff saying "don't worry they'll be gone in 20 minutes" as if we'd asked something completely crazy other than better service from them. We all paid £38 each, and when we asked for the managers name we were told to ask him personally, so we went to ask him and he went and hid upstairs until we had to follow him and ask before we left. We are very dissatisfied and disappointed as we have had better bottomless service from places that have charged £25 for 2 hours.

This place was ok I guess. The burgers are pretty much exactly the same as you would get in TJs or…read moreany other kebab shop, i.e. Not particularly fresh tasting, and fairly bland. The selection of toppings for burgers is decent and the cocktails menu is good, but service is poor and slow and the place is a bit scummy feeling, kind of like a huge kebab shop. I would never choose to visit there again, but if someone was paying for my meal I'd eat there.

Tinseltown is a halal American-style diner that sells exactly what you would expect: hot dogs,…read moreburgers, other grilled meats and milkshakes. The diner doesn't follow the American tradition of bottomless sodas, and although I didn't check for bottomless coffee I assume that's the same deal. It's also worth highlighting that the milkshakes aren't your traditional American shake; instead they're more in the style of Shakeaway/Shakeout. You choose a chocolate bar or item of confectionary and they put it in a blender with some milk and icecream. The twist on the formula works: I greatly enjoyed my peanut M&M milkshake. The cost of the basic shake is around £3.50, which is about what you'd pay at the milkshake place on the other side of town, so that seemed reasonable. The burger I had was one with Swiss cheese and barbecue sauce, and it was good. The beef patties were thinner than I've had in other places but they tasted nice. I avoided the bacon, since it's made from cow meat instead of pig meat (due to the halal nature of the place). I also quite enjoyed the chips, and there was ketchup, barbecue and peri-peri sauce on the table to accompany them. The burger was around £9, which I regarded as a little expensive for what you get: the burgers at Wetherspoons are nicer for a little over half the cost. When it came to pudding the prices were astronomical. A waffle with nutella and icecream was £6, which I regard as too much money for what is a very cheap dish. Unfortunately, the cheesecakes and other desserts were in the same price range, which bewildered me - you can get exactly the same sort of food for half the price at other restaurants in Leicester, so I don't feel that £6 is a reasonable cost. When it came to service, I thought the staff did well handling the needs of a big and awkward group. Having said that, it did take ages for card payments to go through and at least two people had to input PINs twice due to the card machine's foibles. All in all, this is the sort of place that I would visit if someone suggested it but probably wouldn't seek out myself.
