Cartridge World in Oxley is a reliable source for printer ink. They sell really good quality laser…read moreand inkjet printer cartridges. Compared to many places, I find their inks to be a bit expensive. I'm not sure if it's because they specialise in it, but I have found laser printer inks are better prices elsewhere. The quality at Cartridge World is very good though, which is why I sometimes come here for my ink. The customer service here is okay. I've had a mix of experiences. Sometimes, there is a complete lack of customer service, but most times the staff have been extremely helpful and attentive. I guess it just depends. Parking here can be a pain because there isn't enough of it for the tiny complex in which Cartridge World belongs to. So you may need to park on the side streets. This is a good shop for high quality ink. I believe it should be supported because many of their customers have become tempted by the Officeworks down the road.

Now this would ordinarily be the point where I would panic but I had that ace up my sleeve, SNAP printing services on Merivale street. I was able to pop in the morning and print out my presentation on a nice, recycled 120 GSM uncoated matt stock, it looked better than it would ever had done out of my old HP laserjet. Another time these guys saved my kiester was printing a small portfolio of my work. The sales staff all but held my hand through the entire process, they took the time to remember my name and didn't mind the frequent calls and questions about my printing job. If you explain exactly what you want and what results you are after, the staff at Southbank are very willing to sit down with you and offer good advice and numerous paper samples. Although professional printing can get on the pricey side, the results and service at snap speak for themselves. As for me, I have not been to officeworks since.

In two years the company has expanded into two stores and they're range of services has improved and diversified a lot. I dealt with a lovely guy over the phone and email. I sent through my artwork via email, I approved the proof sent back, I was invoiced and order was being processed. It took only a a few days later and I received my order of business cards in the mail via courier. It was fantastic service to say the least, from beginning to end. Although I did not require their graphic design service (as that's what my bf does), it seems they do a good job. Some of their latest clients include, Little Singapore, San Kai- Japanese and Ginga.
