She talked down to me because of the way I allow certain things to happen. The coaching itself was a disaster. We only saw her three times but paid for five weeks. Each session was cut short because she couldn't find a way to deal with him. She quit through email and ghosted us when we asked for a W9 form from her so we could be reimbursed by the school.
