From our experience, they don't fulfill what they offered in their contract, brochures and advertisements. They are a cookie cutter style place where there is no personalized program, no initial assessment and no analysis of periodic test to address the needs of a student as the program moves along. They failed in updating us about assessment, progress, and results on my son's periodic tests. The communication with their director was especially poor, I felt mistreated and disrespected when I shared with them my son's official test results. They never took responsibilities for their poor performance and all the errors, from no initial assessment to the lack of analyzing his periodic test to adjust tuition. The more my son was going there the worst he was doing, and they never said anything to me or to my son, I guess because they wanted us to keep using the hours we had paid. Don't use your money and your child valuable time in this place. It is not worth it.
