I kindly asked this woman what their rates were after introducing her my business plan -she rudely stated "I can't give you that information it's confidential". Fine, I understand that rates can be confidential and can vary based on what the project entails. This was my first time calling the office and I had high hopes from reading the reviews. On their website it states they specialize with business laws so I thought they would be a great fit. I got a call the following day from the same woman, she stated their attorney spoke to me a few months ago and said they could not assist me. I told her this was my first time calling since I just started this new business idea last week. I told her it was strange, because I had never called before and she rudely told me "yes you did, I have all your information in the system from last time, good luck with your search". That was very rude of her and that is not how you treat interested clients. I understand that if the attorney is unable to help, that's totally okay!
