They will ask you casually if they can help, and be very informative if you have questions and if not they'll leave you to have a browse. The prices are also extremely fair, and I've bought lots of things from them and had no problems whatsoever. Friendly service, great prices and a big selection, cant beat it really! I've bought a variety of gear from here, ranging from guitars, effects pedals and even plectrums; all very well priced and always my first to go to ahead of the competition. However, the prices aren't as competitive as in Sounds Live next door in my honest opinion, but they do good deals if you buy a few things. Never had a bad experience there.
