It is now a year later, and nothing has been done, my score is worse now, and I wasted a hundred bucks. Do not use them! You can do all that they offer yourself for FREE!. You are entitled to get your credit score from all 3 agencies for free and dispute them yourself. In my case, someone stole my identity and I found out the hard way that these people can and will do nothing for me even though I sent in an initial payment, which they kept even after accomplishing nothing and I even asked for a refund form the 'owner' several times for non-performance. I have all the emails for proof. Again, do not use them, they're a rip off. Unless it is so easy that you can do it yourself for free, they will not/won't be able to help you.
