Asked me for extra personal information despite me presenting government issues identification, doesn't say thank you when transaction is complete) It the convenience this branch that makes me stop here, but her disposition is one to avoid.

Once I thought that was straight, they began to add amounts to the loan. They continued to try and repossess the vehicle. Looking at their records I am still behind by one payment but they continue to say three payments. Tried speaking with the loan dept. no one there wants to take the time to review the account. They DO NOT CARE FOR YOU THE PERSON. I have never been treated so poorly! I have sent all of my information to the Attorney General along with Elise Vrable's name as she cursed at me....UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!
