A poorly terminated amp - including speakers not wired to their proper location (rear right being front left, etc.) Poorly mounted crossovers in the door with pinched speaker wire underneath the woofer (which would have been easy to avoid, because I re-routed it myself afterwards) and several holes for a tweeter that mounts with three holes necessary - two to secure the housing and one to pass the speaker wire). I waited way too long to post this review, but I figured I should save anyone money from having an install like mine which was a nightmare to re-do.
