The WORST. These…read moreguys replaced my handbrake cable. The next day, it snapped, and was hanging from the car, dragging along the road. They took a fair bit of convincing to accept that they had to fix it, even after seeing the cable hanging down. Everyone makes mistakes, but the thing is: there are PROCEDURES to avoid making mistakes, when it comes to maintaining your car properly, protecting lives etc.: guidelines on how much to tighten things, crazy notions about having senior people checking what junior employees do, etc. These guys obviously don't follow any such procedures. Avoid at all costs.

In that time I have always dealt directly with Lawrence or John but find the rest of the staff very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Where any work has been required outside of my normal annual service & MOT check, I am always informed (accurately) of the cost and asked to authorise before the work is undertaken. We told him our must haves (automatic, heated seats, good sound system) and our budget, he stuck to it without us ever having to repeat it. We narrowed it down to 3, test drive 2, picked 1. Decided to buy her (Beitris "traveler"). The next day he called to let us know she didn't pass the sale inspection and would be delayed for a few days while they put in a new gearbox. Colin was helpful, knowledgeable, had great communication. The car has been great (we are a few weeks in) and the price was good too. We'd happily go back, and can't recommend Colin, or Jack Reid enough!

They have a pretty slick operation having a the gear to repair any accident damage to your vehicle. They didn't waste anytime; quickly and efficiently producing a damage repair estimation and booking my car in for repairs. The work was completed on time and my car was returned looking good as new. Impressive looking premises that they are located in with a nice comfortable waiting area if you have sit about while any of these processes are worked through.
