We started with the Mini Goat Cheese Balls. These were literally balls of creamy goat cheese covered in a layer of chopped peanuts and topped either with tangy sundried tomato or a slice of green olive. Next came the Tuna Tartar; Cool and fresh tuna was topped with a crisp seed cracker and paired with crisp spicy zucchini and seaweed salad. Our next dish was the Filo Spinach which had a crisp airy shell was filled with creamy whipped feta and wiled spinach. Finally, our favorite dish of the evening, the Stuffed Chicken Breast was tender and juicy, sat on a creamy mushroom sauce and fresh crisp asparagus. Overall, this was a solid choice for dinner.
