During my visit today, the members of the Know How team sorted out a problem with a notebook I had been struggling with, explaining to me as they went. There is usually a bit of a wait to pay or to speak to the Know How team, but that is because they are giving a good service and being thorough with what they do. Good customer service retains customers, so as long as the service remains this good, I'll keep coming back!

Unfortunately the one I was looking for was not there. But the store has got loads of variety of any household item. But the store is so fully packed that there is absolutely no room to move around. We cannot carry the pushchair inside. Due to wide range on display we tend to buy something.

But recently we were planning to buy digital set top box and decided to give it a go. The customer service was excellent. We did not much know the technical information about the product. And the technical person in the shop gave us all the information about the available products and the difference between them. Then we bought one product but unfortunately it was not much suitable to us. So we returned the item. But they do not give immediate refund on electronic items. They send it to head office and then we get the refund. The refund was done in the given time span. I will do recommend this shop for its products and the customer service.
