Put 1 star only because i can't be 0 Work carried out wasn't…read morewhat was agreed - they quoted for a full clean but didn't do everything in the time they'd allocated and would only do more if I paid an extortionate hourly rate on top. they then overcharged me for that work, and have taken another £45 for the regular clean I'd originally agreed two weeks before it was planned. they agreed to refund the overcharge - £75 in total but still haven't seen that & can't get in touch with them
