The fees are incredibly ridiculous, they do not clean the places prior to the last tenants but will request a $500 cleaning fee and state they did. So many of my neighbors had terribly things to stay and all left one by one. They took our entire deposit and included a $500 fee on us with a long list of fraudulent fees claiming services we never had or stating we didn't do things appropriately but have legal proof.

Unfortunately we have had a bad experience with this company. At first things were good because our…read morerenter was great and didn't need anything during her time at our house. However toward the end when it was time for the house to be put back on the market things started to get bad. I had to send multiple emails asking for my house to be advertised as it was no where on their website when I was told it was. I had to send multiple emails asking the status of things and felt like I was a burden because I wanted my house to be rented. I decided to change property managers and they wanted to hold onto the keys and not allow the new property manager to show the house while it was vacant. This took days to finally get them to give up the key. The new manager rented it out in less than 24 hrs. They also charged the tenant more than double for floor cleaning when the lease stated a specific price. They charged her for things that were reported on her initial inspection. Now they want me to pay her out of pocket for the refund since they still repaired these things. Even without my consent. Those things did not need to be fixed. I am extremely upset with this company and do not recommend anyone use them for property management.
