The roof wasn't complete until Jan 7. Tarps flapped from the roof for weeks, annoying my neighbors. Tools and a leaf blower sat on my roof for 4 weeks; no work was being completed. No building permit was pulled for the first 4 weeks of the roofing project. I had to insist a permit be pulled. Labor and Industries called me to alert me this company does not have insurance currently to protect their employees. The quality of work just wasn't there. My kitchen vent was removed, thrown away and shingled over, blocking my exhaust fan. I saved for years for this project and will need to spend thousands more to get the result I expected. I thought a lot about posting this- unfortunately I feel it necessary to warn consumers about this company.

By a stroke of luck we found Colt Timberline Land Management and had the absolute best experience. They had their work cut out for them as they had to fix/relocate an entrance to our driveway, fix the slope, widen the road and build us a building site. Our property is 100% on a steep slope and could be considered a small butte in some ways to some. From start to finish we had the best communication followed with progress photos and the pricing is 100% fair.
