Especially if your disability itself will not allow you to be able to fill out? She sounded like she was irritated to even talk to me from the start. Then the condescending tone after I did my best to explain why I couldn't even start the claim was just uncalled for. People like her do not need to be answering phones, let alone work in a legal firm that is there to help with this stuff.
