I have been a fan of their bagels, and have done delivery quite a few times when have on line meetings in home office. I have tried and enjoy their different types of breakfast bagels. However,I now go back every time for the Nova Lox bagel. I get it with the everything bagel, or onion bagel. It is absolutely delicious

Service was very helpful, many wonderful options. Delish gourmet bagels. It was busy and pleasant.

Giving this place a solid 3 stars. There was plenty of parking. Only a few people inside eating and no line. I walked right up to the counter and ordered. Their display case appeared to be about half full. The floor appeared to be dirty, like it needed a good sweep and a mopping. The countertops also appeared dirty. I think a good cleaning of the floor, countertops, tabletops, and the display case would go a long way here. I would not want to eat here due to the dirty appearance. I was also given a senior discount which I did not ask for, nor am I a senior (I have at least 20+ years to go before reaching senior discount status). I can laugh about it, but where I come from, this can be considered extremely offensive.

Recently went to Einstein's and there was some good mixed with plenty of opportunities. The food was pretty good and they had a variety of bagels and toppings. The prices are also very reasonable across the board. As far as opportunities, the staff was not happy and didn't communicate at all. It was very unusual how they acted and wasn't sure if something had just happened - after all, you never know. I had an everything bagel with lox and it was really good. The coffee was hot and the order was accurate for a large party of six. I am going to give it another shot and hopefully things are a little more positive.

Chorizo breakfast sandwich they look nothing like their pictures

Every table is dirty coffee is ran dry employees don't seem happy. Bagel sandwiches look nothing like their pictures not even close very dry. I would suggest ordering an extra smear. And maybe a tomato so it's not quite as dry.

The seating area was clean but no one was inside

I feel really bad about this review as it's one of the worst ones yet! Went here and the employee who helped were nice. I'm not sure if they are understaffed or what but, this place is a mess! The glass where the bagels were behind, were dirty, and bagels were pretty old tasting, at least the one that I chose was, and behind the counter was even worse. There were no customers inside when I arrived but of course, once I was inside others came. The coffee area was out of everything from napkins to creamer and the area needed wiping down as it appeared to not have been cleaned for hours. I could go on but, it's way to embarrassing for the employees and their corporate office so, I'll stop here! The photos will speak for this location. Needless to say, I will not return to this location as the location on Chandler Blvd is a lot tidier. (My opinion)

Say, "I love You!" with bagels!!

How do you celebrate? Perhaps a bagel can show LOVE to those special in your life. Those hard working office staff. The boys gathering around using all their strength to keep the roads safe. To our teachers filling the minds of the youth, those ideas are fed to our children by real life super hero's. They save our lives when we get that cough, your sick and what do you do? Call 911! Go to the ER. Behind that mask is a nurse, tech, doctors, security, all the other workers that make the hospital works. These are ways you can pass on the gift of LOVE on Valentine's Day this 2021. It's Monday again, then Tuesday, as we move through the week what really changes but the name of the day. Each morning you require coffee to keep your day running smoothly. Breakfast is optional for me, but a delicious treat once in a while. The new design of their menu at Einstein's is more simple than e=mc2. The bagel is the most important decision that you have to make real early in the morning. The choices for toppings is great and the new various options are appreciated. Einstein's has changed the way a bagel can be done. Avocado toast anyone. Pick your variety of bagel and the crew will avocado it up in a snap. For those with a sweet tooth let's try chocolate birthday cake. This one comes pre made on a plain bagel, that is not toasted. The chocolate is a fluffy filling with sprinkles in all colors of the rainbow. It's smooth and fun in the morning. It's a delight to the twins. For their mama it's a little on the super chocolate side. I'll eat a few bites, since it's super spicy. Now the other sweet bagel concoction they carry is a churro bagel. This one is not bad, worth a try. I'm still not sold on sweets with my bagel. Load my bagels up with some cream cheese, perhaps bacon and eggs. That's breakfast for me. Depending on what Einstein's you visit some other these cafes are the real fancy coffee shops. Give me a plain old simple Einstein's any day. The coffee is usually good, maybe not great. They carry Caribou Coffee which if not fresh is terribly strong. My favorite drink of choice here is a Chai Tea Latte with an added espresso shot or two, and a shot of vanilla. It makes for a happy and smooth chai tea latte. Feel free to explore the menu here with so many delicious options of caffeine. The drinks are made to order. What's your Einstein's favorite. To bagel or not to bagel; that's not the question here. It's a bounty of bagel, just pick the flavor bagel. After the hard choice is done the rest is a breeze. No matter the holiday the moment can be celebrated with bagels. To those close to you, or not. Remember the small moments with delicious options from Einstein's. Find the simple in e=mc2. Just add the topping to keep your smarts moving along. Fill your cup with caffeine and share those smiles amongst those that you meet along the way of your day with a bagel. Be full and happy with all that bagel joy in your belly. Order ahead and stop on in for the bagel and coffee. The app offers delicious treats from the company and your loyalty to the brand. If you just want that bagel, the coffee is free every time you order on the app. The company offers so many delicious offerings when you continue or even consider their app. It's a great way to know if you would like a product or not. The customer service is usually excellent and any issues that arise they will make it right. Say it with a bagel. Toasted or not. To strawberry, avocado, or lox use love always!

You really can't go wrong here. Service was awesome--friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. We also loved the outdoor seating, which made for a really nice, relaxed vibe. My only con is that there aren't many vegan options. They do have some vegetarian choices, but if you're vegan, you'll likely need to modify a few dishes. Overall, a great brunch spot that we'll definitely be coming back to!

From the moment we walked in, it felt like we were an inconvenience rather than welcomed guests. There was a group of servers standing around chatting, and no one acknowledged us for several minutes. After being seated, it took about 10 minutes before a server came over just to offer water and ask about drinks. We placed our drink order, and while the coffee came in a carafe, it wasn't even hot. The rest of the drinks trickled out later. Then it was another 20+ minutes before the server came back to take our food order. We ordered two simple build-your-own breakfasts and an Ultimate Grilled Cheese (no fries), plus two Cobb salads to go. Nothing complicated--yet the food took a long time to come out. During that entire wait, our server never checked on us once. No updates, no refills, nothing. When the food finally arrived, we ate, and again--no check-in, no "how is everything," no refill offers. Eventually, she dropped the check off without a word. We had to remind her about the two Cobb salads we ordered to go. She said they'd be right out, and a couple minutes later they showed up with a revised bill. Before leaving, we checked the salads--and that was the final straw. For $18, they were basically side salads. No cheese, no grilled chicken, no avocado, no croutons, no green onions, and not even any hard boiled eggs--just iceberg lettuce, a few tomatoes, bacon, and ranch dressing. Completely unacceptable for what's supposed to be a Cobb salad. We waited at the table for about 5 minutes for someone to come back--no one did. So we went up front and stood there another 5 minutes while multiple staff members ignored us, continuing their closing routines. Not a single person asked if we needed help, and our server was nowhere to be found. At that point, we left the salads behind, paid for the rest of the meal, and walked out. Terrible service from start to finish, and the food quality didn't make up for it. We won't be back.

The service stood out immediately--our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything arrived quickly and exactly as ordered. The food itself was hearty and satisfying. The steak breakfast was cooked well and paired perfectly with the traditional breakfast sides. The Shasta Scramble was flavorful and filling, and the drinks were kept refreshed throughout the meal. Everything came out hot and well prepared, showing the kitchen clearly takes pride in consistency. What made the visit especially enjoyable was the combination of comfort-food portions, efficient service, and a laid-back diner environment. Always hoping a local recommendation turns out great. *Service: the service was fair. Our waitress spent most of the time sitting in the booth across from us on her phone and checked in occasionally. A few times we had to ask for things we needed. Nothing rude, just not especially attentive or engaged. Definitely didn't feel like her #1 priority. *Food: I ordered the tuna *melt*. It was alright, but nothing to write home about. The tuna itself was relatively cold (should have been warm on a melt) and lacked flavor, the cheese wasn't melted (it's a "melt", right?), and the bread was good. I dipped and drenched in salt, pepper, ranch and hot sauce to give it some flavor. The fries were good, hot and tasty. Overall, it felt like a mid-level café sandwich made by a basic "cook", not a well curated restaurant sandwich. My lunch buddy ordered a smothered omelette that looked great, and he said it was very good, so that was good. *Ambiance: the atmosphere was decent. Very basic, a bit cold feeling, café-like, casual, and reasonably comfortable. Nothing stood out strongly other than it seemed pretty clean and bright. *Value: my tuna melt and fries, with no drink, was $16. Not great, not terrible. It felt like an $8-$10 sandwich max for what I got, not a standout value. I posted a picture of their specials board so you can get a feel for the value. *Overall: everything here was fair, food, service, and ambiance while value was not great. Nothing bad, nothing memorable. A three-star experience for me. I wouldn't rush back, but wouldn't avoid it if I was in the area and others wanted to go. *Update: I have a strong reputation for detailed, honest, and trustworthy reviews. What we experienced is accurately and honestly captured in this review. There were no misunderstandings, our experience is captured exactly as reviewed.
