The place is a quaint little shop with a barista, who makes the drinks and an assortment of chocolate bars to choose from. The chocolate is all from Costa Rica. They do a great job of explaining their trade process. It does seem like they engage in some level of fair and direct trade. While I was there, I got 2 chocolate bars to take with me and a chilled chocolate drink. They have something for everyone, whether you like light, dark, or white chocolate. The service was great. The guy, whose name escapes me, explained the drink options and the fact that he could chill different options with ice. My drink was a bit plain for my taste but I'll chock that up to not having much time to make a selection because I arrived right before close and wanted to be respectful of their time. Regardless I highly recommend checking this place out if you're in Koblenz.

It's usually quite packed, but if you come early (an hour or so after opening), you'll usually be able yo find somewhere to sit. There's a few larger tables inside that seat three or four, and also a few outside, but most are high tops that are great for a coffee catchup with an old friend. I opted for the flat white and cinnamon roll, though there were half a dozen other baked goods that I was deciding between. The cinnamon roll, though served cold, was a good density and not too sweet. Some people may have issue with the mildness of it, but as someone that doesn't have too much of a sweet tooth, it was just the right amount. No complaints on the coffee side either -- it was well made and brought to the table pretty quickly. Overall, my first visit didn't disappoint, and I'm looking forward to next weekend where I'll be able to try more of their pastries!

The inside is small but so cute and cosy looking, there is an outside patio area where people can sit as well since it seems as though there is not air conditioning inside the Cafe. There is this cute bookshelf where you can borrow books to read while you enjoy your delicious, freshly made coffees and cakes (the strawberry cheesecake looking cake was delicious). The coffee comes with a glass of water which was really nice to have since the day was more on the hotter side, as well as a little cookie which you can eat or dip into your coffee and then eat it. I decided to sit outside and the barista brought me my coffee, water and cake and then the owner herself came and checked on me after a little bit to make sure everything was okay. Also they do speak some English (I was struggling hard with my German before the barista started asking questions in English). Really nice people, great atmosphere and good coffee.
