Did my homework and came here after reading reviews for their ice cream. Unfortunately, when our turn came at the counter, the servers totally ignored our existence and asked for the order of the German lady behind me. At first, I thought ok, maybe the other server behind is in charge of me and she was just too busy... But excuse me? People just kept ignoring us twice! I hate to say this but my mom and I pretty much stood out non-caucasian, it's impossible not to see or not remember us. We finally spoke up and the server, seemingly "confused," finally acknowledged our existence and asked for our order in English. Anyway, ordered 2 cups with 2 scoops each, one of ice cream with walnut/fig and Oreo, the other of sorbet with strawberry mint and apricot. They were quite good, but considering the mistreatment, I don't know if I would recommend this to friends and family. Shame.

This place did not disappoint, and I understand why it constantly has a line. I struggled to speak German and the cashier was like, "I can speak English if you prefer." So I ordered a cone, and you can get as many flavors as you want. I didn't want to go overboard so I got amaretti which was a little too sweet and balanced out the pistachio which was not very sweet. I liked the pistachio better. For gelato on a hot day, the quality and business I think this place was great for the price. It was the perfect amount of gelato. My bf also seems happy tucking into his three scoop, chocolate, vanilla and black forest cherry ice cream.
