I chose the most delicious, flavorful, creamy pomegranate with a sweet syrupy fruit drizzle. It was vegan too! Unreal! It was piled high on a crispy fresh waffle cone and it totally had me "oohing" & "ahh-ing". The kiddos had pistachio and stracciatella, and equally enjoyed theirs. It was a tad more expensive here than we had been used to, but still VERY reasonable. The signature logo stamped cookie to top is extra. The joint is cash only. What really made this simple take-out only (with the exception of two high tops in the corners) place stand out, was the super friendly sweet girls behind the counter. Both absolute dolls! We almost immediately went for venison, as it definitely struck that craving chord in me. Both dishes were venison (one steak and one stew dish). When delivered and consumed, they definitely did not disappoint. The steak came drizzled with an appetizing creamy mushroom sauce with a side of what I can only describe as oversized tater tots. The stew was almost like a goulash, served with a side of spaetzle. We finished our meal with a desert and coffee. Overall great meal.
