This place gets one star ONLY because it has ice there and you can skate on it.
The remaining four stars are not rewarded due to a couple of things:
1. Extremely unfriendly, impolite and unhelpful staff. Socially inept, no idea what the phrase "customer service" means and no real interest in the people who PAY THEIR WAGES.
2. The place is dog-ugly. All of their shit lying around in stupid places, ugly run-down seating & facilities, random things just lying around.
3. The fact that kids have to pay for shitty little "polar bear" things to help them balance. I mean for fuck's sake. We pay to get in, pay for skates. Do your customers at least ONE favour and makes these cheapo plastic things free.
4. EXTREMELY overpriced food & drinks. 2,50€ for a bottle of coke! Ridiculous.
AND
5. The fact that there is ONE person working at the skate-rental window means long lines and confusion.
Get your shit together guys! Get some help and make this place awesome!
