They have a decent menu for hot beverages and OK prices. it cost a lot less then most places but there still are some less expensive ones. You can sit in the leather shop or on upper floor (indoor patio). One thing I didn't notice last time was that the tabletops are made of leather! Upstairs - feel welcome to sit sidebyside in a long row. Naaah. One star for staff and one star for really good espresso though too cold, but one star off for boring environment, one star off for lousy selection of sandwiches at a rip off price and one star off for not accepting AMEX.

So unlike the many shouting and loud verbal matches as evident every morning at various local Starbucks in the Bay Area. Who knew those aging lungs would yield such audibly jarring content! I was actually on my way to a different nearby coffee shop. The seating area had a classy ambiance and was well-decorated. The Latte was one of the best I had during my Gothenburg visit. I was also so impressed with the Pain au Chocolat. It was flaky and soft on the inside with a subtle creamy component on the inside.
